Breathwork
I am a Certified and Trauma-Informed Facilitator of the Elemental Rhythm Breathwork Experience. This practice:
- Regulates your nervous system by activating parasympathetic response and reducing cortisol levels.
- Enhances oxygen delivery and cellular metabolism by optimizing CO2 tolerance and mitochondrial function.
- Releases stored tension and trauma through somatic processing that helps complete interrupted stress cycles.
- Strengthens respiratory capacity and vagal tone, improving heart rate variability and autonomic balance.
- Creates natural altered states by modulating brain waves and neurotransmitters for deep personal exploration, memory access, emotional integration and insight.
- Includes movement, breath, guided meditation, integration and processing.
- Compliments health coaching, business coaching and pilates practices.
- Helps clients access deep body wisdom
- In person or virtually
- Studio in Crested Butte, Colorado

ERBE Breathwork sessions are typically about 60-75 minutes long. Private sessions are $50-110/hour (sliding scale) and group session costs vary by number of participants/location.
One-on-one and group sessions are available in person in my Crested Butte studio, in local community studios,
on Zoom (works great!) or in your own home.

Plant Medicine Integration and Cacao Ceremony
Ren Hoskin, MS, NBC-HWC has spent five years exploring and understanding the benefits and challenges of the Plant Medicine world.
As a Board Certified Coach with trauma-informed training through three institutions, Ren helps clients who have chosen to incorporate plant medicine ceremony into their lives - including Cacao, Ayahuasca, Psilocybin, MDMA and THC - to understand and process their journey using a coaching model (not therapy).
Ren is a Certified Facilitator of Cacao Ceremony and Elemental Rhythm Breathwork. She does not facilitate any other types of somatics or plant medicine. Cacao ceremonies blend ancient Mesoamerican traditions with contemporary wellness practices, using ceremonial-grade cacao rich in theobromine, magnesium, and mood-supporting compounds. The gentle cardiovascular and neurotransmitter effects create an ideal state for introspection and connection, while the ceremonial container of breathwork, meditation, or community sharing facilitates emotional processing and presence. These gatherings honor cacao's traditional role as "medicine for the heart," offering accessible space to slow down, turn inward, and reconnect with ourselves and others. Cacao ceremony may be combined as a catalyst with Elemental Rhythm Breathwork in person or virtually, one on one or in groups, in her own studio or in studios she collaborates with.
