I'm Ren Hoskin, MS, Certified Integrative Nutrition Coach. I support clients in understanding science-backed nutrition and wellness by cutting through myths, marketing and fads. My goal is to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom and instinct about how to nourish yourself—beyond just food, encompassing everything you consume.

Who is a good candidate for Nutrition Coaching?
Values
I take the broadest possible view of diversity. I value the visible and invisible qualities that make you who you are. I do not believe that thin = healthy. I welcome that every person brings a unique perspective and experience. I believe in equal access (ask me how) and I strive to include diversity, equity, inclusion and justice practices at the center of my daily work. I commit to using these practices for my business and advocating for them in my community.

1:1 session by session
$70-$130 per hour - sliding scale*
Sessions at your own pace and cadence.
Suggested for:
Those who are not yet ready for a more significant committment but who want to expore the role health and wellness coaching might play in their lives.
1:1 Six session package
$70-$130 per hour - sliding scale* - plus 10% discount
6 session program
Suggested for:
Those who are ready to make a 6 session committment to individual nutrition coaching and prefer a discounted rate.
1:1 Twelve session package
$70-$130 per hour - sliding scale* - plus 15% discount
12 session program
Suggested for:
Those who are ready to make a 12 session committment to individual nutrition coaching and prefer a discounted rate.
*Sliding Scale: It is extremely important to me that my Integrative Nutrition Coaching services are not available only to wealthy people who can afford them. I seek to work with a diverse clientele. I also don't want the cost of services to be a barrier to engaging deeply in this work for an effective duration of time. I have created a sliding scale and I ask my clients to very honestly evaluate their ability to pay and choose the level that they feel is transparently appropriate.
Package Pricing: Packages are paid in advance and are non-refundable except in extenuating circumstances.

I hold certifications that are rooted in behavior modification, change theory, positive psychology, and evidence-based coaching techniques. My training encompasses the science of nutrition, longevity, gut health, metabolic health, food sensitivities, mental wellness, brain function, exercise physiology, chronic disease management, and hormone health.
Important Distinctions:
While I don't offer weight loss programs, improved body composition (muscle building and fat reduction) often results from this work.
I maintain independence by not selling or recommending products, meal plans, supplements, or diagnostic tests.
I don't advocate for any single dietary philosophy or approach. Each client receives fully personalized guidance based on their unique needs and circumstances.
I do not believe that thin equates to healthy. Bigger bodies can absolutely be healthy bodies!
